A couple of months ago I purchased a "Cinderella" dress for our daughter. Apparently she did NOT like the idea and was more than happy to let me know (she's two). Well, my craft room mini reno still isn't finished. Here's a quick and simple project you can create to add some color and interest to a gift bag or wrapped gift.
